1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Nature

This website is intended for commercial use by business entities, contractors, and government agencies. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing goods for professional, industrial, or resale purposes and not for personal consumer use.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • Validity: Quotations provided via email or the “Shop Now” inquiry feature are valid for the period stated in the quote (typically 7–15 days) due to fluctuations in raw material costs (PVC, Polyester, Cotton).

  • Taxation: All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. A valid GSTIN must be provided for tax credit purposes.

  • Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors or technical glitches on the website.

3. Manufacturing & Customization

  • Specifications: Products like Cricket Pitch Covers or Tractor Hoods are manufactured based on the GSM and dimensions selected. A tolerance of ±5% in dimensions and weight is standard in industrial textile manufacturing.

  • Logo Printing: For customized branding, the buyer must provide high-resolution artwork. We are not responsible for copyright infringements regarding logos provided by the client.

4. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: For bulk and custom orders, a minimum advance of 50% is required to commence production, with the balance due before dispatch.

  • Credit: Credit terms are only extended to long-term partners or government departments subject to prior written approval and documentation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images of our Outdoor Furniture Fabric and technical descriptions, is the intellectual property of Tirpal Udyog. Unauthorized use of our brand name or product media for third-party commercial gain is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Use of Goods: Tirpal Udyog is not liable for any damages resulting from the improper installation or misuse of our products (e.g., exceeding load capacities of tarpaulins).

  • Indirect Loss: In no event shall we be liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from delivery delays.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is the result of “Acts of God” (including fire, flood, or earthquake), strikes, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions beyond our control.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions through this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
